Biography
Culver brings to the firm an impressive educational background which includes, among other things, a traditional law degree, an international MBA, a Masters of Laws in taxation, a Masters of Laws in Banking and Finance, and a Ph.D. in Diplomacy. Culver's natural skills lie in negotiations and his extensive experience in real estate transactions. Prior to joining our firm, Culver worked as a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker for more than 10 years. Since joining the firm in 2006, Culver has been primarily assisting in very complex cases. As such, he has had exposure to some of the most difficult, legally complex, and emotionally charged cases at the firm and his calm and determined demeanor has been very useful in achieving resolution in some of the more conflicted divorces dealt with at this firm.
Culver has demonstrated tenacity and innovative thinking, both of which are very important in the family law context. His natural tendencies towards brokering deals and his knowledge of real estate have been invaluable assets.
