Biography

Carolyn Witkusis an associate specializing in family law, where she brings both a strong technical writing background and financial background to her cases.  Carolyn graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with the high honor of Order of St. Ives, only conferred on the top 10% of the graduating class.  While in law school, Carolyn also served for two years on the Denver University Law Review, where she further honed her understanding of the law and drafting skills.  Since joining the firm, Carolyn has drawn on her economics background to analyze complex asset cases, including separate property claims and dissipation of marital assets, as well as utilizing her extraordinary research and writing skills in drafting and finalization of motions and other documents.  She has represented clients both in Court and at the negotiating table, and is rapidly developing a diverse practice that offers many options to her clients.
